User Support Policy

We aim to:

  • provide a helpful and friendly service,

  • deal with requests and enquiries accurately, promptly and efficiently,
  • ensure users fully understand what steps we are taking to deal with their requests,
  • make every effort to find the answer to a query or, where necessary, referring users to the relevant person or department,
  • offer an explanation if users’ requests cannot be met,
  • identify ourselves in all correspondence,
  • welcome feedback on our services and suggestions for improvement and development.
