Students are advised that plagiarism is not permitted.
Examination regulation 4.3.14 states:
A candidate found using unfair means during an examination may be required by an invigilator to withdraw from the examination. In that event the invigilator shall send the candidate’s answer-book directly to the Academic Registrar under separate cover giving details of the circumstances. ‘Using unfair means’ includes, for example, using unauthorised aids, copying from and communicatinng with other candidates.
Examination regulation 4.5.4 regarding projects and continuous assessment states:
Candidates shall not commit plagiarism, that is, shall not engage in unacknowledged or unauthorised copying or replication of the work of others.
